My team and I partnered with our strategic production agency to help (re)introduce the new Prime Therapeutics. This cinematic showcase of our new brand story and visual elements was a central piece of our cross-channel launch campaign in September 2024. We aimed to stand out in a crowded space and allow our wide range of audiences to see themselves in this work, by illuminating the big idea of transformation. Not only was Prime transforming it's brand, but innovating and partnering for good across the industry to transform pharmacy solutions.
This work helped us tell the new Prime story in the market while boosting engagement rates and email open rates far above industry averages as part of our launch activities. On the first day of launch alone, internal employee social sharing lead to a potential reach of nearly 30K+.
